Corkscrew Estates is one of the smallest and most private communities in the Corkscrew Road corridor. Rather than a large amenity campus, it offers estate living: gated entry, nearly one-acre homesites, and large Pulte-built homes with three to six bedrooms and up to three-car garages.
Homes were built in recent years, so buyers are typically looking at newer construction on generous lots rather than older resales. With a small number of homes and a thin resale market, each sale tends to stand on its own condition, lot and upgrades rather than on a community amenity package.
Corkscrew Estates is a quiet, low-density alternative to the amenity-heavy communities nearby. If a resort-style pool, restaurant and fitness center matter most, compare it with The Place at Corkscrew or Corkscrew Shores.
